1) Fax your purchase order to the fax number above. Be sure to include the date, purchace order number, billing name and address, shipping name and address, part number, description, quanity requested, price per each unit, your e-mail address, and phone number.
2) After we check stock, we will send you an e-mail invoice from Paypal. Follow the Paypal instructions for payment. After the invoice has been paid your order will be shipped the next business day. There is no charge for shipping within the continental USA. If shipping outside of the USA, shipping charges will be added to the e-mail invoice.
NOTE: if a requested item or quanity is not on the e-mail invoice this means it is not in stock. Do not assumed that it is backordered. If you want these items placed on backorder you must make a second request. You can do this either by fax or a phone call (877)695-5700 using the same or a different P.O. number.
