Shipping, Returns and Backorders

Shipping

It is our goal to ship within 24 hours from Galaxy Drill Bits or affiliates upon receipt of your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified with 3 business days.

For ground shipping time estimates, please refer to UPS http://www.ups.com/maps For postal service delivery, see http://postcalc.usps.gov. You can expect to see your package within 2.6 days.

Shipping Cost?

In the Continental US, for orders under $199.99, the cost is $15 (flat rate). For orders over $200, shipping is included.

International shipments are accepted - Please call 1-877-695-5700 for details.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted without an Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

All returns:

- must be accompanied by a receipt, and

- must have an RGA (return goods authorization #) obtained via returns@galaxydrillbits.com

Packages received without an RGA will be refused and no credit can be given. All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Return methods:

In order to expedite backorders of 10 days or more, a different manufacture may be substituted.

A refund will be issued to the same credit card on which the purchase was made, within 3 business days, of our receiving the item in acceptable condition with a proper RGA. An e-mail will be sent to the original order address confirming the credit. All merchandise is shipped insured. Notify us about the damage or loss and we will start the claim process. You will then be advised of the status of your claim.
